I have been a lawy­er and in-house coun­sel for seve­ral years at a lar­ge Ger­man elec­tri­cal engi­nee­ring com­pa­ny. My are­as of prac­ti­ce are com­pe­ti­ti­on law and inter­na­tio­nal com­mer­cial law, with a par­ti­cu­lar focus on advi­sing on inter­na­tio­nal dis­tri­bu­ti­on agree­ments and arbi­tra­ti­on, as well as nego­tia­ting con­tract terms.

I obtai­ned a doc­to­ra­te in com­pa­ra­ti­ve law com­pa­ring Spa­nish and Ger­man sales law from the Uni­ver­si­ty of Bie­le­feld. I am a mem­ber of the Ger­man-Por­tu­gue­se Lawy­ers Asso­cia­ti­on and main­tain a par­ti­cu­lar­ly clo­se net­work to Brazil.
