I am a lawyer and specialist lawyer for international commercial law. My areas of expertise are in antitrust and telecommunications law. Before my legal practice, I gained practical experience as in-house counsel for regulation at a leading large fiber-optic network operator in Düsseldorf.
In addition to my consulting, I research and publish on antitrust issues of the information society, the Digital Markets Act, access to data and telecommunications market regulation in various prestigious journals and leading commentaries.
I have a PhD in antitrust law at the intersection of legal theory and innovation theory. At the Free University of Berlin, I teach European Telecommunications Law. I am Secretary General of the International Foundation of Computer Law Associations (IFCLA) and Co-Chair of the Telecommunications and IT Security Working Group at the German Society for Law and Informatics (DGRI).
