The study was conducted by the research institute SWI on behalf of Handelsblatt. The assessment covered, among other things, the working environment and digitalisation, career development, flexible working models, family-friendliness, and corporate and leadership culture. Of more than 300 law firms surveyed, only 65 received an award. Our firm achieved 84.6 out of a possible 100 points.
For us, good working conditions primarily mean intellectually demanding work, personal freedom and the opportunity to assume responsibility at an early stage. This also applies to our research assistants: we involve them early on in challenging legal questions arising from client matters and academic projects.
We are particularly pleased with this recognition because it concerns an aspect that is just as important to our work as our specialist expertise: the conditions under which excellent legal work is produced.
